Pumpkin Carving

 My family loves carving pumpkins every year in October, and this year I was feeling particularly inspired by a certain swan I know, so I tried carving an artistic-like pumpkin featuring her. :3

and here's a photo of our three pumpkins next to each other. From left to right, Mine, my younger sister's (she asked me to make her a wolf stencil for her to carve ^^), and my mom's. My dad didn't carve one cause he was too busy making the guts into roasted pumpkin seeds, and my other sister was too busy to join us.

I love pumpkin carving. I want to go out and buy more now so I can practice and make more intricate and unique carvings. ^^

My mate and I have some thought up. One where you lather the pumpkin with Vaseline then anchor the pumpkin to the ground so the vandal can't grip it or pick it up. Then on the more creative side, my dad-in-law's thought up some ways to rig up a paint ball gun with a motion sensor that makes the gun fire at the vandal when they get near. ^^

Haha, that's amazing! Simple and effective. And definitely fits the "scary" theme.

I really want to use motion sensors in glamourbombs some way. Like something hidden in a bush that makes monster sounds when you're near it, or a box hidden high in a tree that opens and drops down glitter and little messages, etc...

That's what I thought too. Keeping the pumpkin safe is turning out to be almost as much fun as the carving was. ^^

That sounds amazing. How cool would it be to be walking along and get glitter and/or positive messages rained on you. If my dad-in-law ever finds a way to get motion sensors to work right I'll be sure to pass their plans along to you so you can use them too. :3
